    • Happy Spring, friends! We made it!
    • It's really amazing to think about how many breaths we take unnoticed. It's just consistently running in the background, keeping us alive. Then, when you find your breath and really notice it, it brings this immediate wave of relief. It instantly makes life better. The stress melts away and our attention is focused on the present moment. We all know this therapeutic release is always with us, just a conscious thought away, so why don't we do it more often? Why do we forget it's there? It's silly, really. I know I appreciate the little reminders I get to come back to this place. Hopefully, you do too!⠀⠀⠀⠀
    • One of the best things about living in Seattle is you don't need to go far to feel like you've really left town. A day trip or overnight getaway to one of the many magical pockets of the PNW is good for the soul. I love when a weekend turns into a spontaneous adventure to a cute little town.
